RETURN / EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange goods to us, you may do providing they have not been used. Please contact us before returning any goods. We will not accept any return or exchange without prier authorization .We will not refund postage for goods that have been supplied correctly.
Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will Endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, as quickly as possible. In some cases this may take a few days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us.
Christmas & Birthdays: We offer a special 10-day extended returns & exchange policy from when orders are given as Birthday/Christmas presents, in addition to our standard 10 days return & exchange. This will apply on all orders, whereby a customer states, when ordering and states the relevant date.
The last day for receiving and accepting Christmas returns is Monday 11th January; this applies to all orders placed before the 18 December. Items MUST be returned in new and resalable condition, with nothing stuck to the boxes, especially no tape. If not then either a refund will not be accepted or a charge will be made for the damage incurred.
We reserve the right to refuse all returns received after the 14th January unless specific permission before Christmas was granted. If a customer chooses to return the item, ignoring this advice it is also likely they will be charged for the postage costs of sending the items back to them.
In order for returns/exchanges to be accepted the ordered items need to show no signs of having been worn, are in an "as new" condition and in the original undamaged packaging. For skate/shoes/clothing we don't have a problem people trying on to see if they fit, but they cannot be worn.
